METHOD OF POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION HAVING HIGH CORRECTNESS

A method for performing a polymerase chain reaction is provided to be able to perform the PCR with high preciseness by preventing the contamination of foreign DNA included in DNase. A method for precisely detecting a beta-lactamase gene with extended-substrate spectrum comprises the steps of: (a) treating 0.25-1.0 unit of DNase per 13mul of a Taq DNA polymerase solution to decompose the gene of the beta-lactamase; (b) treating the product obtained from the step(a) with a DNase stopping solution to inactivate the DNase; and (c) performing a PCR using the DNase and DNase stopping solution treated Taq DNA polymerase, where the beta-lactamase gene with extended-substrate spectrum is a TEM-type.
