<p>PURPOSE: An automatic burr removing apparatus is provided to improve workability and to prevent a worker from being damaged by automatically removing burrs formed on side edges of a steel sleeve. CONSTITUTION: An automatic burr removing apparatus includes a supporting plate(5), a moving section(10), and a grinding section. The supporting plate(5) is formed at an upper surface thereof with a plurality of bearing balls so as to allow a steel sleeve(305) to be freely rotated. The moving section(10) includes a first cylinder(14) for moving a base placed on the supporting plate(5). A plurality of connecting bars and connecting links are provided on the base. The connecting bars and connecting links are moved or rotated by a second cylinder(38) and a motor(32). The grinding section removes burrs formed at side edges of the steel sleeve(305) by using a grindstone.</p> |
