<p>An orifice member enabling an easy purge operation when a flowing fluid is switched, making it difficult for contaminants and impurities to be eluted into the flowing fluid, and easily manufacturable, and a differential pressure flow meter and a flow regulating device using the orifice member. The flow regulating device comprises the orifice member, a first pressure measuring device (subject to be connected) connected to one end of the orifice member, a second pressure measuring device (subject to be connected) connected to the other end of the orifice member, and a flow regulating valve connected to the downstream side of the differential pressure flow meter formed of these devices. The orifice member comprises a tube part connected, at its one end, to the first pressure measuring device and, at its other end, to the second pressure measuring device and forming, therein, a flow passage connecting these first and second pressure measuring devices to each other and an orifice formed in the tube part which are formed integrally with each other.</p> |
