The jack (5) has a square tubular shaft (51) fixed on horizontal stiffeners (3) of a form panel (1) by a telescopic tubular element (52), where the jack is mounted outside the stiffeners and extends on a height corresponding to the level of the stiffeners. The element is freely mounted in translation, rotationally fixed in the shaft, and is guided in rotation by a threaded spindle (54). The spindle is handled during dismounting of formwork after unlocking the spindle to bring a ground support plate (53) in contact with an inner face of the shaft.
