A mushroom cultivation bottle for increasing the yield of mushroom and a mushroom cultivation method capable of harvesting mushroom twice by using the bottle are provided to cultivate mushroom effectively by forming upper and lower caps at the top and bottom of the bottle, changing the partial structure, and allowing water to be supplied to the bottle. A mushroom cultivation bottle for increasing the yield of mushroom comprises: a tube-shaped main body(210) which has projections for allowing a mushroom culture medium to be placed in the center part of the bottle, wherein upper and lower cap holes(212,213) are extended from each projection; and upper and lower caps(220,230), each of which has a spawn removal piece(220p,230p) at the top and/or bottom of the bottle, wherein the spawn removal piece fronts the center part of the bottle and removes the mushroom spawn inoculated into the culture medium. A mushroom cultivation method capable of harvesting mushroom twice by using a mushroom cultivation bottle comprises the steps of: sterilizing a culture medium put in the mushroom cultivation bottle and inoculating mushroom spawn into the upper part of the culture medium; culturing the mushroom spawn for a fixed period; removing the inoculum, turning the bottle upside down, and firstly fermenting the cultured mushroom spawn; turning the bottle again and raising the firstly fermented mushroom to firstly harvest mushroom; and supplying water to the culture medium, turning the bottle upside down, and raising mushroom to secondly harvest mushroom. |
