An SMD(Surface Mounded Device) inductor using micro carbonyl iron powder and metallic nanostructure powder is provided to improve the permeability and a resistance to a high frequency and a high current mainly by using the micro carbonyl iron powder and the metallic nanostructure powder. An SMD inductor(10) using micro carbonyl iron powder and metallic nanostructure powder includes a coil and an electrode terminal(12). The core is made of mixing powder using the micro carbonyl iron powder of 80 to 95 % and the nanostructure powder of 5 to 20% as main materials and mixing polyimide or polyamine-based binder of 2 to 2.5 wt% for the weight of the mixing powder with the mixing powder at a forming pressure of 3 to 4.3 T with a winding coil bonded to the electrode. A groove is formed in the electrode terminal so as to maintain the mechanical joining force with a core body of the inductor.
