A structure for discharging air from a power steering gear box in a vehicle is provided to return oil, which is simultaneously discharged with air generated from the gear box, into a reservoir tank by connecting an air breather to an oil supply tube of the reservoir tank through a return line. A structure for discharging air from a power steering gear box(1) in a vehicle comprises an air-breather(10) installed on the gear box and a return line(20). The air breather is opened at a predetermined pressure to discharge oil and air. The return line allows the air-breather to communicate with an oil supply tube(3) of a reservoir tank to return the oil, which is discharged together with the air. The air-breather includes a body having a breathing hole, a piston coupled to the breathing hole, a cap coupled to an upper part of the body and a spring that adjusts upward/downward movements of the piston.
