A fountain nozzle equipped with a lighting device is provided to facilitate production work by simplifying the structure and to make a fountain hole small by irradiating the light of the lighting device to water jetted from the inside of a nozzle body to a nozzle rod. A fountain nozzle equipped with a lighting device(30) is composed of a T-shaped body(10) having first, second, and third openings(12,13); a sprayer(20) installed at the first opening and provided with a nozzle rod; the lighting device installed at the second opening and equipped with a lamp; and a water supply pipe(40) installed at the third opening of the body to feed water. The first and second openings of the body are formed at each correspondent side, and the sprayer and the lighting device are disposed on the straight line so that the light of the lamp of the lighting device installed at the second opening is irradiated to the water jetted through the sprayer installed at the first opening. The third opening is inclined toward the second opening to supply the water to the sprayer without generating vortex. The sprayer comprises the nozzle rod having a convex spherical part, wherein the angle of the nozzle rod is adjustable; a combining port having a concave spherical part corresponding to the convex spherical part; and a fixing member settling the nozzle rod to the combining port.
