MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SHOE OUTSOLE AND ITS USING SHOE OUTSOLE

A manufacturing method for a shoe outsole and a shoe outsole manufactured by the same method are provided to express a letter, a logo, a product serial number, etc. on the bottom surface of the outsole precisely. A manufacturing method for a shoe outsole includes the steps of: preparing a velvet textile; pre-treating by polishing and washing the surface of a rubber plate(11) and melting the surface of the rubber plate minutely with a pretreatment agent; processing an outsole plate in which the rubber plate and the velvet textile are bonded; and processing a shoe outsole according to the bottom plate of a shoe. A velvet textile(14) in which a velvet layer(13) is bonded to a colored urethane film(12) is bonded to the surface of a rubber plate(11) to form a shoe outsole. An engraved portion for making the urethane film exposed is formed on the surface of the velvet layer by irradiating a laser beam on the surface of the velvet layer by using a laser processing device and burning the parts corresponding to a pattern(15).
