PURPOSE: An apparatus for correcting telescope of outer coiling part of coil is provided to correct telescope by varying slope of roll member contacted with the outer coiling part of the coil according to the telescope generated portion of the outer coiling part of the coil coiled around tension reel. CONSTITUTION: In a coiling facility comprising a tension reel(3) for coiling steel sheet in a roll type coil(4), a frame on the lower part of which a roll member(11) is rotationally mounted so that the outer circumferential surface of the roll member(11) is contacted with the coil(4), and an operating cylinder(108) for vertically rotating an arm(107) connected to the frame, the apparatus for correcting telescope of the outer coiling part of the coil comprises a roll part(10) vertically movably assembled by clamping members(13a,13b) having spring members(14a,14b) so that bearing blocks(12a,12b) for rotationally supporting both ends of the roll member(11) are always closely adhered to the lower surface of the frame; and an operating part(30) comprising moving blocks assembled so that the moving blocks are horizontally slid to inclined grooves of the bearing blocks(12a,12b), and motor members(33a,33b) for supplying a power source for horizontally moving the moving blocks so that slope of the roll member(11) is varied according to the telescope (T) generated portion of the coil(4). |
