A roll type coating apparatus is provided to inject UV-hardenable pigments into each of cell type patterns formed on a master belt through supply rolls and supply blades, thereby preventing bubbles within each of the patterns. A master part(10) is composed of a master belt(11) of metal materials, a cylinder-shaped support roll(12) for supporting and rotating the master belt, a rotating roll(13) for continuously rotating the master belt, and a tension roll(14) for supporting attachment or detachment and tensile stress of the master belt. A transport part(20) is composed of a transport roll(21) installed above and below the master part to transport a film(50), and a pressing roll rotating interlockingly with the support roll to apply UV-hardenable pigments on a surface of the film. A pigment supply part(30) is disposed below the master part to supply the UV-hardenable pigments on a surface of the master belt. The pigment supply part is composed of first to fourth guide rolls(31a-31d), first and second supply rolls(32a,32b), and first and second supply blades(33a,33b). A hardening part(40) hardens the UV-hardenable pigments formed on the surface of the film. The hardening part is composed of a UV lamp(41) and a cylinder(42). |
