A keypad manufacturing method is provided to print a film having a high fault rate previously by irradiating infrared rays from an upper or lower side of a jig plate by using the jig plate made from transparent material, thereby improving productivity, reducing costs and significantly reducing a fault rate. A keypad manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: printing a print unit on a side surface of a film(S10); applying UV(Ultraviolet) liquid to a surface of a jig plate made from pre-processed transparent material in order to implement a shaped-material on a surface of a keypad(S20); disposing film on an upper side of the UV liquid so that the print unit can face upwardly, and compressing the film(S30); hardening the UV liquid by irradiating infrared rays by an infrared lamp from a lower side of the jig plate(S40); and separating the film, where the shaped-material is hardened, from the jig plate and cutting the film in a predetermined shape(S50). |
