A liquid medicine injection regulating apparatus is provided to allow stable injection of liquid medicine by preventing voluntary operation of the apparatus through the locking member. A liquid medicine injection regulating apparatus comprises: a fixation member(210) to induce flow of liquid medicine; a linkage member(230) which is inserted and fixed into the linkage member; a regulating member(250) to control injection amount of the liquid medicine, which is inserted into the fixation member; a purge member(290) to control flow of liquid medicine in a manner of squeezing out; and a locking member(270) to lock movement of the control member and the purge member, which is located between the top of the control member and the bottom of the purge member.
