A bending type packing box is provided to reduce the packing time and manpower by covering the front side and periphery of a solar cell module or a picture frame easily by bending. A bending type packing box for packing a square body having a space part formed at the rear side of a square frame(6) and an inner protruded sill(61) formed at the rear periphery of the square frame is composed of: a front plate(1) covering the front side of the square body; double bendable plates(2) protruded at four sides of the front plate and composed of side and rear plates(21,22) covering the lateral and rear sides of the periphery of the square frame; and at least one bendable fixing unit(3) formed by cutting a portion of the rear plate of each double bendable plate and bent to press the rear periphery of a front panel(5) with covering the inside of the square frame and the inner protruded sill.
