A casting device, a solution casting apparatus, and a solution casting method are provided to prevent skinning from generating in a casting dope by using a casting die having rib plates or inner deckle plates. The casting dope is overflowed from an outlet port of a casting die having rib plates(210,211) or inner deckle plates(223,224). The rib plates and the inner deckle plates have the distance(CL1) of 9mm for a ridge(211c) and a ridge(223c). The rib plates and the inner deckle plates have the distance(CL2 to CL4) below 9mm. The dope bead is formed between the outlet port and a supporter in case the casting of the casting dope is executed on the supporter. The stay of casting dope is formed near two sides of the outlet port on the inner deckle plates. The skinning is generated by easily drying the casting dope in stay. The skinning shaped like an icicle prevents flow of the casting dope through the outlet port, and prevents a casting film of overflowed casting dope and the bead from generating. The stay of casting dope is prevented from generating near the outlet port by using the casting die, thereby precluding skinning from generating.
