A mold device for manufacturing segments of an assembly type manhole is provided to cut down the manufacturing cost by producing segments of various sizes within a predetermined range by using one mold set regardless of the size of the manhole. A mold device for manufacturing an upper or lower slab of the assembly type manhole is composed of: a support(13) installed at the lowest end to support each component of the mold device; an edge plate and a spacer plate(12) protruded in the center of the support in a predetermined height to form the lower surface of the upper or lower slab; and side plates inclined toward the center at the predetermined angle to form the lateral surfaces of the upper or lower slab.
