An apparatus for purifying water of an eco-pond is provided to improve the water level to the optimum eco-friendly state and perform a water treatment process conveniently, by stepwise purifying and circulating water of ponds using a perforated pipe, a sludge removing unit, etc. An apparatus for purifying water of an eco-pond comprises a first pond(100) having a purifying unit(10), a second pond(200) formed adjacently to the first pond, a sludge removing unit(300) for precipitating and separating sludge of the water passed by the purifying unit, and a water circulation unit(500) for compulsorily sucking water of the second pond by a pump(P) and circulating the sucked water to the first pond through a pipe(50). A perforated pipe(20) is installed within the purifying unit of the first pond, wherein the perforated pipe has a plurality of holes(22) formed in an outer surface thereof. The perforated pipe is connected to the sludge removing unit to circulate the water. Further, partitions are installed in order to form ventilation guides adjacent to an upper wall and a lower wall in the sludge removing unit.
