<p>The system (10) has an actuator assembly (20) with a handle repositioned with respect to a base assembly between two positions. The actuator assembly is placed at normal state with the handle in one position and at released state with the handle in another position. A lock assembly prevents and permits passage of the handle from one position to another position in locked and unlocked states, respectively. The lock assembly has a motor activated for passing the lock assembly from the blocked state to unblocked state and vice versa.</p> |
