An OLED device and a driving method thereof are provided to reduce the amount of current flowed into an organic light emitting diode by lowering the voltage of the drain of a transistor. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device includes a pixel unit(100), first and second regulators(300,400), a driver(200), and a switch unit(500). The pixel unit includes pixels for displaying images. The first regulator generates a first source voltage and a second source voltage having a lower voltage level than the first source voltage, and supplies the generated first and second source voltages to pixel power lines. The second regulator generates a first voltage. The driver includes a source voltage generator, which generates third and fourth source voltages from the first voltage, and a signal generator, which generates data and scan signals and delivers the generated data and scan signals to data and scan lines. The switch unit delivers the third and fourth source voltages to the pixel power lines when the first and second source voltages are turned off.
