An equipment for adjusting an inlet guide for a wire sizing-rolling mill is provided to be able to manufacture wires with excellent quality by accurately adjusting the center and gap of rollers of an inlet guide for guiding a rolled wire rod between grooved sizing rolls. As an equipment for adjusting an inlet guide(10) for a wire sizing-rolling mill, which is installed at the inlet guide for guiding a wire rod between grooved rolls, the equipment includes: a base(60) for supporting the inlet guide such that the inlet guide is placed between a lower cylinder(70) and an upper cylinder; and a multistage standard gauge(80) mounted between the lower cylinder and the upper cylinder such that the center of both ends of the multistage standard gauge is supported by a rod(71) of the lower cylinder and a rod of the upper cylinder. The base is disposed a lower cylinder having a rod moved forward and backward in the vertical upward direction, and an upper cylinder which is disposed right above the lower cylinder and has a rod moved forward and backward in the vertical downward direction. The equipment additionally includes ring-shaped guides(76,78) for supporting the rods of the lower and upper cylinders and guiding the rods of the lower and upper cylinders to move the rods of the lower and upper cylinders up and down.
