摘要 A precise synchronizing control structure of hobbing machine is provided to improve the workability of a workpiece by installing a position code counter for outputting the rotation position of the workpiece. A precise synchronizing control structure of hobbing machine comprises a hob motor(1) rotating a hobbing tool, a rotary encode counter(2) measuring the rotation number of the hob motor, a sub motor(4), a position code counter(6), and a control unit(7). The sub motor rotates a rotary table for supporting a workpiece. The position code counter measures rotation degree of the workpiece. The control unit synchronizes the operation of the hob motor and the sub motor by controlling the hob motor and the sub motor on the basis of information through providing the information from the rotary encode counter and the position code counter. A rotary encode counter(5) provides the information for the rotation number of the sub motor to the control unit.
