An emergency disposal apparatus for a vessel in a marine accident is provided to emergently dispose a hole using a cap plate when the vessel collides with a sunken rock or another vessel. An emergency disposal apparatus for a vessel in a marine accident includes a support frame(1), a long bolt, a cap plate(3), magnets, and an anchor bolt. The support frame has a center hole. The long bolt is inserted through the center hole. The cap plate has the magnets disposed at four corners of the cap plate and covered with covers formed of a non-magnetic material. A working net is installed at a surface of the cap plate using a plurality of bolts(3c). The anchor bolt has bent parts inserted into a plurality of holes formed at a fastening frame(5).
