A tilting vibration prevention apparatus of a truck cab is provided to prevent the truck cap from being moved by controlling the air supplied from an air spring through a sensor and a sensing projection. A tilting vibration prevention apparatus of a truck cab comprises a truck cap(10), a cylinder(13), a sensor, a sensing projection, an air spring(16), a level valve(14), and a lever. The truck cap is rotatably installed on a hinge(12) and placed at an end of the frame. The cylinder is placed at the frame to rotate the truck cap. The sensor and the sensing projection sense the rotation volume of the truck cap. The air spring supports the truck cap. The level valve controls the air supplied from the air spring. The lever operates the level valve. A connected bar(17) is installed at one side of the hinge.
