A conductive sheet with a high density and a method for producing the same are provided to be used as a gasket sheet for shielding electromagnetic waves having high density elastic power, impact absorption, and adhesion. A conductive sheet(100) with a high density comprises a high density anti-static sheet(20) and a conductive layer. The high density anti-static sheet has a density of 100~600 kg/m3. The conductive layer is formed on at least one surface of the high density anti-static sheet. The high density anti-static sheet is manufactured by compressing an anti-static foam(10) at a volume of 0.5~0.1 times as large as an initial volume of the anti-static foam manufactured by foaming and hardening a foaming liquid material including polyol, isocynate, and an ion complex type charger in a mold.
