An integrated golf score certificate system for providing various additional golf services including handicap management and a method thereof are provided to offer score collection, and handicap calculation, management, and certification service of each golfer by constructing an integrated database storing golf course and golfer information, and collecting/managing golf course information and score information of each golfer. A web server(10) stores scores, received from golfers joined in golf rounding or a golf course manager, to a database(40) temporarily. A score certification server(20) transmits the stored golf score of the joined golfers to each golfer, receives an approval message for confirming the score of the golfer or the joined golfers from the each golfer through a certification interface, and fixes the golf score according to a private or multiple certification mode after receiving the approval message for the golfer. An information processing server(30) provides a handicap calculated by using the past and current certified golf score.
