A developing cartridge of an image forming apparatus is provided to collect micro-particles of a developing agent and additives separated from the developing agent through a separate collector, thereby preventing failures in a developing process and the supply of the developing agent due to the micro-particles and the additives. A developing cartridge body(200) contains a developing agent for developing an electrostatic latent image of a photosensitive medium(100). A stirrer(230) is installed within the developing cartridge body to stir the developing agent. A collector(300) is installed at a lower portion within the developing cartridge body. The collector collects micro-particles of the developing agent separated by the stirrer and additives separated from the developing agent.
