摘要 An anti-rotation structure of a piston for a reciprocating swash plate type compressor is provided to guide sliding of protrusions of the piston in guide grooves formed at anti-rotation projections to prevent the piston from rotating in the middle of reciprocation, thereby preventing friction between components and reciprocating the piston smoothly. A piston has a piston body part inserted into a cylinder bore to reciprocate, and a bridge part installed at a swash plate(150) by interposing a shoe, wherein protrusions(217) are formed at the bridge part of the piston body part. A cylinder block(110) consists of a cylinder body(111) and anti-rotation projections(112) formed at an edge of an inlet of the cylinder bore, protruded in a driving shaft direction, wherein guide grooves(112a) are formed at the anti-rotation projections, extended in a length direction of the driving shaft from a front end and passed through in a radial direction. When the anti-rotation projections are seen in a driving shaft direction, the anti-rotation projections are formed between the cylinder bore and an edge of the cylinder body at a position corresponding to the cylinder bore, wherein the anti-rotation projections are separated from each other at predetermined gaps. The outsides of the anti-rotation projections are combined with the inside of a housing. The protrusions of the piston are inserted into the guide grooves of the cylinder block.
