A manufacturing method of an elastic packing material using pearl and rubber chips is provided to keep the shining effect of pearl for a long period of time and to reduce a mess of impurities on the surface of an elastic packing material by mixing rubber chips, a binder and pearl for manufacture and making the pearl coated with the binder. A manufacturing method of an elastic packing material using pearl and rubber chips comprises the steps of: mixing rubber chips made of waste tires or new materials with a binder in the appropriate mixing ratio and mixing pearl in an error of about 1/100±10% against the weight of the rubber chips, and then stirring for 5±2 minutes to make the pearl coated with the binder completely for shining for a long period of time without damage to the pearl, thereby improving the exterior of a road surface and reducing a mess of impurities on the surface with the shining effect of the pearl even if impurities are caught in a gap formed by vulcanization of the binder and the rubber chips. |
