An optical element manufacturing device, an optical element manufacturing method, and an optical element manufactured using the same are provided to manufacture a lens with high power aperture by preventing deterioration of sag height due to contraction of a polymer. An optical element manufacturing device includes first to n molds(31), an ultraviolet irradiation unit, and a control unit. The first to n molds mold first to n ultraviolet curing polymers(34a,34b) supplied on a base(32) sequentially. The ultraviolet irradiation unit irradiates ultraviolet rays on the first to n ultraviolet curing polymers in order when molding with the first to n molds. The control unit controls relative locations of the base, the first to n molds, and the ultraviolet irradiation unit The optical element manufacturing device further includes first to n polymer suppliers(33) and a base fixing unit(35). The first to n polymer suppliers supply the first to n ultraviolet curing polymers. The base fixing unit fixes the base and transfers the base according to control of the control unit.
