A system for heating hot water in a water purifier is provided to maintain constantly of water stored in a hot water tank to at least a predetermined temperature and instantaneously heat hot water discharged to the outside at the same time by using only one heater. In a system for heating hot water in a water purifier comprising a hot water tank(22) for storing hot water and a hot water discharge valve(261) for discharging hot water stored in the hot water tank to the outside, the system comprises: a first pipe(281) of which one end is connected to the hot water tank; an instantaneous heating heater(25) installed on the first pipe to heat instantaneously water passing through the first pipe; a second pipe(282) of which one end is connected to the hot water tank; a third pipe(283) of which one end is connected to the hot water discharge valve; and a flow path converting valve(27) to which the other ends of the first, second and third pipes are connected, which connects the first and third pipes and cuts out the second pipe when the hot water discharge valve is opened, and which connects the first and second pipes and cuts out the third pipe when the hot water discharge valve is closed.
