An inkjet apparatus for manufacturing an LCD is provided to remove fine external particles such as pieces of substrate or dust in advance by using a pneumatic nozzle unit, thereby preventing the damage of an inkjet head and the jetting failure of ink. An inkjet head(100) has a jet nozzle(N) for jetting ink on a surface of a substrate(G). A pneumatic nozzle unit(200) is installed at a lateral surface of the inkjet head, and jets air in a moving direction of the inkjet head to remove external particles disposed on the surface of the substrate. A nozzle cap(210) is installed at an exit through which the pneumatic nozzle unit jets air. The nozzle cap has a plurality of nozzle holes. |
