A customized IC card is provided to enable a customer to receive various kinds of customized card services through the custom-made card optimized to the customer by enabling the customer to use restricted storage capacity of the customized card according to a purpose of the customer, and enable a card company to raise loyalty of the customers by issuing the card having a form desired from the customer. A customized IC card issuance management server controls and manages a process for issuing the customized card based on customized issuance information in addition to feature/function of a usual card issuance system. A customized IC chip/card making system makes an IC chip and card customized to the customer based on the customized issuance information. A customized initialization server generates customized initialization information/data based on the customized issuance information, and provides the generated information/data to a card initialization system. A customized personalization server generates customized personalization information/data based on the customized issuance information and provides the generated information/data to a card personalization system. |
