NON-GLASS SOLAR VACUUM TUBE COLLECTOR

A non-glass solar vacuum tube collector is provided to maintain outgasing level in a vacuum tube at a constant level by forming a vacuum chamber independently from a solar collector. A non-glass solar vacuum tube collector includes a vacuum tube(100), a solar collecting unit(200), and a vacuum chamber. The vacuum tube is made of a polymer resin-based material, and has one side with a gas barrier coating(110) and the other side with a reflection coating(120). The solar collecting unit includes a U-shaped water pipe(210), a guide plate(220), and a metal cover(230). The U-shaped water pipe is accommodated into the open side of the vacuum tube such that fluid circulates through the U-shaped water pipe for heat exchange. The guide plate is attached to an outer surface of the water pipe, and prevents the water pipe from moving. The metal cover is arranged on the open in/out pipeline of the water pipe, and has a water pipe through hole(231) and a vacuum connector(232). The vacuum chamber has a surface on which the vacuum connector is connected. The vacuum chamber maintains the outgasing level in the vacuum tube at a constant level by operating an exhaust pump through a vacuum sensor.
