Infants are often fed by means of a feeding bottle (1) which means that in the absence of a fixed source of heat (13) such as a hot-plate or a saucepan when travelling, they receive cold food. According to the present invention this cold nutrition is avoided by the bottle (2) having a space provided with a chemical substance which, upon initiation, generates heat by means of a chemical reaction.
