A lens delivery system is provided to store lens in eyes or to transmit and transfer lens to the inside of eyes without using an optional additional device, and to be suitable for the folding type lens made of a soft acryl. A lens delivery system includes a body, first and second lids(34), a nozzle(20), a ring propeller(14), a plunger(16) and a transfer locking device(18). The body includes first and second platforms(22) that have a size and a shape for receiving the elements of multiple element guide lens. The first and second lids cover the first and second platforms. The nozzle is disposed on the distal end of the body and has a removable lid. The ring propeller is coupled to the first platform and reciprocates within the first platform. The plunger is coupled to the open second platform.
