A plasma display device is provided to decrease a size of circuits by generating a secondary power supply voltage using pulses from X and Y driving circuits. A plasma display device includes a display panel(1), an X driving circuit(3), a Y driving circuit(6), and an address driving circuit(2). The display panel includes first to third electrodes. The third electrodes are elongated in a direction normal to the first and second electrodes. Discharge regions are arranged between the first and second electrodes and the third electrodes. The X, Y, and Z driving circuits drive the first, second, and third electrodes, respectively. A first source voltage is supplied to the X and Y driving circuits. A second source voltage is supplied to the address driving circuit. A third source voltage is generated based on the second source voltage. A voltage generating circuit supplies the third source voltage to the X or Y driving circuit. |
