A bidet having a flow measuring valve is provided to measure whether a bidet is supplied with washing water from the outside properly by measuring the quantity of washing water circulating in a bidet. A bidet having a flow measuring valve is formed for measuring the flow rate of washing water only by separating washing water and air mixed in the washing water, wherein the flow measuring valve includes an inlet(41) and an outlet(46), a rotator(80) revolving on a pin(49) between a base(81) and a cover assembly and having a ring-shaped incline, a core placed in the center of the incline and one or more impellers extended from the core to the incline in the radius direction, an air flow passage guiding air moving to the upper part of the rotator along the incline of the rotator, a washing water flow passage guiding moving after washing water impacting the impeller and rotating the rotator, and a rotary sensor sensing the rotational frequency of the rotator, thereby measuring the flow quantity of washing water only. |
