An automatic opening and closing system of a corridor window for an apartment house is provided to prevent indoor contamination caused by rainwater and to reduce the time and effort needed for checking an open window by detecting raindrop and closing a window automatically. An automatic opening and closing system of a corridor window for an apartment house comprises a rubber plate fixed horizontally to the upper part of the inside of a window frame of a corridor window by adhesives, a fixed bracket(20) fixed to a wall at the top of an inside window frame of the corridor window to fix or separate a support box, a support box(30) coupled or separated to or from the fixed bracket and fixing a driving motor and a control unit, a driving motor(40) opening and closing the corridor window automatically by a control unit, a control unit(50) fixed to the upper inside of the support box and connected with a water sensor(51) and an optical sensor(52) fixed to the outside of the window frame to operate the driving motor by rainwater or the intensity of radiation to open and close the window in the window frame, and a protection cover(60) fixed to the open front of a case(31) of the support box to protect the driving motor, the control unit and a rubber roller(41) of the driving motor. |
