<p>A contrast enhancing film, a PDP(Plasma Display Panel) filter including the same, and a display device are provided to improve image quality by suppressing a ghost image on a displayed image. A cross-section of a contrast enhancing film has plural trapezoidal or triangular shapes, which get narrower from a surface to an inner portion of the film. Alternatively, the cross-section of the contrast enhancing film has a stripe pattern having a rectangular or parallelogram shape. An angle between a line, which couples a first edge with a second edge of one of the stripe pattern, and a normal line lies between 15 and 50°. The normal line is perpendicular to a surface of the film. The first edge of a first stripe pattern(a) of two adjacent stripe patterns is close to one of the edges of a second stripe pattern(b), in a thickness direction of the film. The second edge of the second pattern is close to the first pattern.</p> |
