A separation preventing device of a roller for a whole body exercise device is provided to prevent an accident by preventing footholds on which user's hands and feet are placed from being separated from rails. A separation preventing device of a roller for a whole body exercise device includes a rail(20), a support plate(41) and lower and upper rollers(32,31). Placing recesses are formed on the upper and lower sides of the rail. The support plate is formed on the lower side of a foothold(40) to move the foothold along the rail. The lower rollers are placed on the lower placing recess through an opening portion of the rail. The upper roller is installed in the middle of the support plate to move vertically and to be placed on the upper placing recess. The gap between the upper and lower rollers is adjusted by the vertical movement of the upper roller.
