A seawater treatment method for a small aquarium of an aquarium fish is provided to sterilize microbes and to maintain the good quality of water by producing electrolysis water only for a predetermined time. A seawater treatment method for a small aquarium of an aquarium fish includes the steps of: forming converted electrolysis water through electrolysis of seawater by using an electrolysis device(5); removing chlorine by letting the electrolysis water pass through a green tea filter; and letting the electrolysis water drop from the upper part to the lower part of the green tea filter(6) naturally. The operation of the electrolysis device is controlled by a controller comprising a time control device to perform electrolysis for a predetermine time and to let natural seawater injected as it is for the remaining time.
