A method for roasting meat and fish with soybean paste is provided to remove the peculiar smell of meat and fish and tenderize them. A method for roasting meat and fish with soybean paste comprises the steps of: (i) adding 10% of soybean paste, 5% of leek, 5% of garlic, 7% of unripe hot pepper and 10% of ginger to 63% of a mulberry leaf extract to make a sauce; (ii) slicing meat and using the whole fish without cutting; (iii) soaking the sliced meat and the whole fish in the sauce, aging them for 12hr, and taking them out; and (iv) spreading the sauce on the meat and fish again, and then roasting them. |
