A method for manufacturing herb sand is provided to produce the herb sand capable of removing various harmful materials generated from a completed structure effectively without causing a change in durability and strength of the structure. A method for manufacturing herb sand includes the steps of: drying sand in a hot blast furnace at the temperature of 125-145 °C; charging the dried sand into an adsorption furnace, and spraying herb essential oil onto the sand; stirring the herb essential oil-coated sand uniformly in the adsorption furnace; and charging the mixed sand into an aging furnace to age the mixed sand. The sand is coated with 0.05-0.15 g of the herb essential oil per sand 1 kg.
