The plastic outlet cork has an attached lower body, which is fixed to a bottle neck, designed to contain the liquid, that defines a conduit of liquid passage and upper cap that covers the mentioned passage of liquid. The upper end lower body is united through a threaded union, which has an upper ring of fixed tearing seal to the upper body. The ring surface of the lower body is surrounded by a ring, which has a coincident face with a diametrical plane of the cork.
