Described is an aluminum paper from the 1050 and 0170 alloys or any other alloy from the 1000 anodized group having a first surface in black matte colour or coated with a Teflon film and a second surface having a silver mirror-finish useful in solar stoves, which consists in an aluminum paper being black-coloured on one surface thereof due to an anodization or having a matte black-coloured Teflon film for absorbing a higher amount of solar radiation in the whole spectrum so as to be applied in solar stoves, the paper having a silver-mirror-finish on the remaining surface thereof. Besides absorbing a higher amount of solar energy, the inventive aluminum paper is useful as a refractory paper for maintaining food warm.
