A flameless regenerative thermal oxidizer is provided to reduce consumption of auxiliary fuel by maintaining a high temperature in the oxidizer such that an automatic operation is allowed. A flameless regenerative thermal oxidizer includes a main body(5), an air inlet port(1), a first auxiliary fuel inlet port(2), a burner(4), an inlet gas duct(3), an air blower, and a treatment gas outlet duct(6). The flameless regenerative thermal oxidizer further includes a second auxiliary fuel inlet port(7) for introducing the mixture of gas introduced from the inlet gas duct and auxiliary fuel into the main body. The second auxiliary fuel inlet port is connected to the inlet gas duct such that the auxiliary fuel introduced from the second auxiliary fuel inlet port and gas introduced from the inlet gas duct are mixed through the air blower and introduced into the main body. The main body is further equipped with a temperature sensor, and the second auxiliary fuel inlet port is further equipped with an automatic valve such that the automatic valve adjusts the amount of auxiliary fuel in accordance with the temperature set on the temperature sensor. |
