<p>An apparatus for controlling and monitoring a street light cabinet panel is provided to reduce damages due to erroneous operation of an earth leakage breaker by performing a safety test with high reliability before re-inputting the earth leakage breaker. An apparatus for controlling and monitoring a street light cabinet panel comprises an electric leakage test unit(130), a flickering control unit(120), a bidirectional communication unit(140), a test button, and a display unit. The electric leakage test unit applies a test power to a main power supply line(115) and determines a state of the feed-backed test power when an earth leakage breaker for the cabinet panel operates and blocks a main power supplied to a street light. The flickering control unit receives a result value of the electric leakage test unit and controls to re-input the earth leakage breaker when determining that an electric leakage state is released. The bidirectional communication unit bidirectionally communicates with a server of a central control room or a personal terminal of a manager by being connected to the flickering control unit. The test button operates the electric leakage test unit. The display unit displays a test value by the electric leakage test unit.</p> |
