A preparation method of Oriental pear paste for a walnut cake is provided to promote the intake of Oriental pear by adding Oriental pear jam to white kidney bean paste, and to enable ones to take nutritive elements contained in the rind of Oriental pear. A preparation method of Oriental pear paste for a walnut cake comprises the steps of: (S10) making white kidney bean paste; (S20) making Oriental pear jam; (S30) mixing the white kidney bean paste and Oriental pear jam in a ratio of 10:3~4; and (S40) heating the mixture at 80~90°C for 60~90min. The step of (S10) comprises washing white kidney bean, steaming the washed white kidney bean at 150~170°C for 150~200min, grinding and washing the steamed white kidney bean, gathering white kidney bean paste, and dehydrating it. The step of (S20) comprises washing and grinding Oriental pear, mixing the grinded Oriental pear and sugar in a ratio of 1:0.8~1.2, and boiling the mixture. |
