The present invention refers to a novel machine for grinding dried coconut fibre, which is characterised in that it comprises two operation steps: crush and grind. The inventive machine includes systems for regulating the fixed knives and hammers thereof, which allow the required slack for obtaining the product to be controlled. The elements for manufacturing the machine are commercial, thus being easily bought. The machine is easily and safely operated, furthermore it is a cost effective machine compared to machines currently available on the market.
