METHOD FOR PRODUCING THERMOPLASTIC RESIN FILM

There is provided a method for producing a thermoplastic resin film that can suppress the occurrence of color nonuniformity in the produced thermoplastic resin film even when the film is incorporated into liquid crystal display devices and exposed to high temperature and high humidity over time. Heat treatment is conducted for the thermoplastic resin film at a temperature of Tg-30°C or higher and Tg +20°C or lower, Tg representing the glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic resin, for 10 seconds to 600 seconds while conveying the thermoplastic resin film at a tension of 2 N/cm^2 to 120 N/cm^2.
